When you start a TT-Maxi-KO (click the " start TT-Maxi-KO" button), you must remember the unique TT-Mini-Cup URL (or share it with someone). Otherwise, you will no longer have access to your TT-Mini-Cup with already played matches.
If you register on TT-Match, you will find all your created tournaments in your dashboard and you won't need to remember the unique URLs separately.
Yes, as long as you share the unique URL link to TT-Maxi-KO with them.
No. Only the person with whom you share the URL of the TT-Maxi-KO can see the results. Additionally, every TT-Maxi-KO has a separate URL that allows you to share the results in read-only mode.
You can start as many TT-Maxi-KOs as you like — for free. Only tournaments with more than 8 players become subject to a fee.

Yes, under 'Customization' in the tournament's side menu, you can set the number of winning sets (2 or 3).
If you exported a tournament with registered players from ClickTT, you can import it here into TT-Maxi-KO. Once TT-Maxi-KO is finished, you can export the tournament results and upload them to ClickTT.
